MBA or Equivalent with specialization in marketing and sales.
Should have 3 years experience in a similar post, preferred in a software company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take ownership and drive the team.

Collaborating with front-end team on the integration of elements.
Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
Being informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
At least two years of experience as a Node.js developer.
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
Great organizational and time management skills.
Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.
Familiarity with unit testing, UI testing and automation.
Knowledge of Firebase, AWS Technologies

Application Development Cycle – Show fundamental knowledge of the application development cycle. Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of the application development cycle.
Design – Follow established design patterns and has an awareness of user experience standards. Responsible for individual components of design.
Documentation – Create basic technical documentation. Responsible for maintaining and validating current documentation.
Communication – Responsible for demonstrating appropriate, clear, concise, and effective written and oral communications in all interactions to build relationships and accomplish day to day work and projects.
Integration – Responsible for components of integration within a module.
Software Solutions – Develop, validate and implement software solutions based on customer requirements, Enterprise architecture standards and defined project designs.

Experience of 1+ years of related work.
Experience with complex development environments, taking abstract concepts and ideas and formulating a detailed software deliverable.
Experience in developing cross-functional systems.
Deep knowledge of programming,
Basic understanding of the SDLC.
Highly driven and self-motivated to exceed expectations.
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
Proficient in both oral and written communication.
Knowledge of REST API
